At FitFocus MD, we work with a wide range of insurance providers to make your care as accessible and affordable as possible.

In-Network Insurance Plans

We are currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

If you are covered under one of these plans, we are contracted to provide services at pre-negotiated rates, which may reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

What Will My Visit Cost?

The cost of your visit depends on your specific insurance plan. You may be responsible for a copay, coinsurance, or the full visit cost if your deductible hasn’t been met.

New patient visits typically range from $175 to $300 if your plan requires you to cover the full amount.
Follow-up visits are usually between $100 and $200.

We recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to verify your coverage and benefits for our clinic.
